How warm does it get?

The belt has four heat levels across a range of 45-65°C. Start low and move up until it feels right.

How do I charge it?

It charges over USB with the cable in the box. Once charged, you can wear it without being plugged in.

Does it switch off by itself?

Yes. There's a built-in timer, so you can set it and relax. The manual explains the timer settings.
